Rental Options & Booking
We offer a range of high-spec vans, including for both personal and business use.
We provide both short-term and long-term rentals to suit your needs.
- Short Term Rentals: Available daily or up to 7 days.
- Long Term Rentals: Available for 3,6,9 or 12 months.
You can book online, over the phone, or by visiting one of our locations. Contact us directly to check availability and secure your rental.
You’ll need:
- A valid driving license
- A passport or national ID
- A credit or debit card for payment and security deposit
What happens after I book my vehicle?
- A member of our team will contact you to confirm your reservation details.
- Please note: All payments and holding deposits are processed either onsite or over the telephone, once we have verified your ID and driving license.
When you arrive, please bring:
- A valid driving license
- An official form of ID (passport or national ID card)
Payments & Deposits
Short Term Rentals (Daily and up to 1 Month)
- Available rental terms: Daily and up to 1 Month
- Holding Deposit: €300
- Advance Payments: The cost of your rental is required in advance of collecting your chosen vehicle.
Mid-Term Rentals (Over 1 Month – 3, 6 or 9 Months)
- Available rental terms: 3, 6 or 9 Months
- Holding Deposit: €500
- Advance Payments: Monthly payments must be made upfront and in advance of collecting your chosen vehicle.
Long Term Rentals (12-Month Contract)
- Available rental term: 12 Months
- Holding Deposit: One (1) month’s rental
- Advance Payments: One (1) month’s rental must be paid in advance of collecting your chosen vehicle.
Payment Terms:
- All holding deposits and payments must be made in advance
- Failure to make timely payments may result in penalties or termination of the rental agreement
Please note that all payments are taken onsite once we've verified your ID and driving licence.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, bacs payments and cheques.
Yes, modifications and cancellations are possible. However, cancellation fees may apply based on the notice period.
Usage & Policies
Drivers must be 25 years or older with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
No, vehicles cannot be taken across the border into Northern Cyprus or outside the country.
Yes, but additional drivers must be registered and meet our license and insurance requirements. (Fees apply).
- Daily rentals include unlimited mileage.
- For weekly or longer hires, your rental includes up to 1500 km per week.
- Extra kilometers are charged at €1 per km.
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance to ensure you’re back on the road as soon as possible.
Yes, subject to availability. Contact us as soon as possible to arrange an extension.
Smoking and animals are strictly prohibited in all our vehicles.
Any customer found to have smoked or transported animals will be subject to a fine, and their refundable deposit will be withheld to cover additional cleaning and deodorising costs.
Insurance, Accidents & Damage Policy
Yes, all rentals include:
- Fully Comprehensive Insurance
- Roadside assistance
- 24-hour full support from our service team
If a vehicle is damaged, you will be responsible for the following excess amounts, and any remaining costs will be covered by our fully comprehensive insurance.
- Vans: €500 excess
- Luxury Cars: €1500 excess
In the event of an accident, you must report it immediately to our support centre. Failure to do so may affect your insurance coverage and liability. Contact our 24/7 support team for assistance.
Yes, vans must not be used to transport hazardous materials, illegal goods, or exceed the maximum weight capacity.
Drivers are strictly prohibited from taking our vehicles across the border into the Northen part of Cyprus or outside of the country.
Returns & End of Hire
Yes, unless you have opted for a prepaid fuel option, you must return the van with the same fuel level as at pick-up.
Late returns may incur additional charges. If you anticipate a delay, please notify us as soon as possible.
Vans should be returned in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt or interior/exterior damage may result in a cleaning fee and additional surcharges as mentioned in your contract.
Roadside Assistance – Drive with peace of mind
In the event of an accident, you must report it immediately to our support centre as part of your rental agreement.

Can I take the vehicle across the border or outside of the country?
Drivers are strictly prohibited from taking our vehicles across the border into the Northen part of Cyprus or outside of the country.
