Rental Options & Booking

We offer a range of high-spec vans, including for both personal and business use.

Payments & Deposits

Short Term Rentals (Daily and up to 1 Month)

  • Available rental terms: Daily and up to 1 Month
  • Holding Deposit: €300

  • Advance Payments: The cost of your rental is required in advance of collecting your chosen vehicle.

 

Mid-Term Rentals (Over 1 Month – 3, 6 or 9 Months)

  • Available rental terms: 3, 6 or 9 Months

  • Holding Deposit: €500
  • Advance Payments: Monthly payments must be made upfront and in advance of collecting your chosen vehicle.

 

Long Term Rentals (12-Month Contract)

  • Available rental term: 12 Months

  • Holding Deposit: One (1) month’s rental

  • Advance Payments: One (1) month’s rental must be paid in advance of collecting your chosen vehicle.

 

Payment Terms:

  • All holding deposits and payments must be made in advance
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in penalties or termination of the rental agreement

 

Please note that all payments are taken onsite once we've verified your ID and driving licence.

Usage & Policies

Drivers must be 25 years or older with a minimum of three years of driving experience.

Insurance, Accidents & Damage Policy

Yes, all rentals include:

  • Fully Comprehensive Insurance
  • Roadside assistance
  • 24-hour full support from our service team

Returns & End of Hire

Roadside Assistance – Drive with peace of mind

In the event of an accident, you must report it immediately to our support centre as part of your rental agreement.

Please call our 24-hour telephone line on +357 95 552010 where a member of our customer service team will advise you accordingly.

By law and contract terms: You must notify the police immediately, as all accidents in Cyprus require official reporting, this is especially important for rental vehicles with red plates. You must remain with the vehicle until authorities and insurance representatives arrive for inspection. Important Notice:

Can I take the vehicle across the border or outside of the country?

Drivers are strictly prohibited from taking our vehicles across the border into the Northen part of Cyprus or outside of the country.
